Hi folks

I've done a quick search but not turned anything out on here so hoping it's not already covered.

I replaced the microswitch in the tailgate after the boot would sporadically open due to water ingress into the switch. New OEM switch is sealed, tested as working properly and has done for 9 months or so. Now randomly when removing the key from the ignition the boot pops open.

Would be hugely grateful for any suggestions as to where I should start. I've replaced the fob battery and tried the other key.
