We ordered our 500C back in May and was given an expected delivery in Mid August. Now it's nearly September and they still can't tell us when we'll get our car. A few weeks ago we were told it had left the factory, but more recently all they can say is the status is the same. Surely Fiat should know where their cars are? Or has our car been diverted elsewhere? Can anyone advise what to do?

You'd be surprised. A friend of mine worked for Fiat in Turin auditing the logistics of getting newly built cars from A to B. He once discovered a whole train load of Pandas had gone missing somewhere in Poland.

That would explain the reported shortage of Bamboo shoots in the area. You would think that someone would have spotted them bearing in mind their distinctiveness as compared to the middle European brown bear.
