07 1.8 speedo doesn't always return to zero - devon

Have a 2007 focus 1.8 diesel the speedo will not always go back to zero. when stopped it sometimes stays on 10 mph. whilst driving it is reading at least 10 mph fast. then at other times its fine???

A warantee job, let them sort it out for you, could be a number of things.
