I have replaced the radiator on a friends 2.1D engined car.
Is there a specific Antifreeze and or ratio I should refill the system with?

Others will be along shortly but my dad ran a 1991 Renault 21 and from memory that used the green or blue ethylene glycol antifreeze and I normally use a 50:50 ratio. It is possible that if you've completely drained out the old antifreeze you can switch to the modern pink OAT antifreeze but others with more knowledge will need to confirm this.

Thanks Victorbox, I actually asked this morning in the place where I got the rad from and they said pretty much the same. I was just a bit wary as I have heard horror stories of using the wrong type in an engine with an ali head (?) and it having disasterous results.
