Hi all MGF power steering not working,its electric so iv been told by the guy that owns it any ideas what the problem is,it would be a great help thank you....

Under the bonnet ,next to the battery,and clipped to the suspension turret is an orange/brown mega fuse.It is usually 60 or 80 amp.Remove the fuse and clean the metal blades on the fuse and also, more importantly ,scrape and clean the contacts within the fuse holder.Try this first,you may be lucky.hth

Pulled the fuse and cleaned it and its workin fine now thank you.......

Daft question, but does it definately have power steering? Lots of early cars didn't - particularly the standard 1.8
|
