Ford C-MAX (2003 - 2010) - Lost service book

Lost service book - Ravenger
I've lost the service book for my 2 year old Ford C-Max. I think it might have been left at the dealer, which has since gone out of business.

I've had the car serviced at main dealers according to the schedule, but I'm worried that without the service book I might be unable to prove the car is still in warranty

Do dealers log the service record with Ford?

Every time the car is linked to the Ford diagnostic system it'll record the fact. I would expect this to be done at every service.

You can certainly get a new, blank service book. Getting the missing stamps filled in might be tricky, though if the garage isn't trading any more. You could ask a main dealer nicely the next time it's in for a seervice to print off the service record info. on their system.

Do you still have the invoices?
As a buyer, I'd rather see them than a stamp.

I have the invoice for the latest (2nd) service. Not sure about the first service, or the 1000 mile check.
