04 1.3 Ka servicing - Bragger
Hi. I own a Jan 04 Collection with Duratec engine and air conditioning. I have patiently been awaiting the issue of a Haynes manual for the Duratec engined Ka to no avail. So, could some kind person please tell me the replacement intervals for:

Spark Plugs
Coolant
Brake fluid
Power steering fluid
Transmission oil? Should/can level be checked?

I assume there are no tappets to adjust?

Does air conditioning need routine servicing?

Any other replacement stuff I've missed?

It's pretty much the same car apart from the engine, so most service items in the current Haynes will be applicable for the new car.

Check out www.etis.ford.com/fordservice/serviceScheduleForm....o for items on each service schedule.

There are no adjustable tappets. Transmission level checked via fill hole at front of box (allen key plug). Shouldn't need any if there are no obvious leaks though, so I'd leave well alone to prevent dirt ingress.
