Anyone know how to adjust the rear screen washer nozzle on the new Mondeo? Unlike traditional washers (as on the front) with a metal ball you can rotate with a pin it is just a plastic disc with a slit in it. Is it non adjustable?

Do you need to adjust it or are you just curious? If you're just curious then leave well alone, it's probably pre-set to the most effective spray position and protected from being knocked off course by the likes of a car-wash etc by this 'plastic disc'. Any mention of it in the hand-book?

At the moment it's spraying into the lip/gutter above the rear window and not actually onto the window hence the need for adjustment (or replacement???)

Handbook tells you that the fronts can be adjusted with a pin and where the rear nozzle is actually located - presumeably so it can also be adjusted. Who knows

As long as it's actually working (as you say it is) there should be no need for replacement.

If the car's still under warranty (and I assume it is), why not pop along to your Ford garage and get them to re-direct it. You can also ask them what to do if it happens again. That's what they're there for (or at least that's the sort of stuff they would say in their mission statement!!).
