I've a portable DVD player which normally sits behind one of the front seats.
The problem is the sound is quiet via the on-board speakers or headphones when the volume is at max..
Could I get a amplifier to sit between the player and headphones using the 3.5jacks, or can I get a kit to use the CD/Radio and speaker system.

You may find that your existing radio has an audio input, have a look in the handbook. Otherwise there are plenty of audio amplifiers available, have a look ot Maplin.
