I have a 1991 seat ibiza olympico, the front wheels are leaning in at the top, does anyone know what the problem is?

1991 Front wheels leaning in - adverse camber
by how much?

Assuming the wheels arent falling off it might be the intended camber.

have a look under the bonnet at where the shock sticks out of the top of the inner wing. does that all seem sound?

the wheels are still on so far....
if you look at the car from the front, the wheels are out of upright by about 15mm, there is also noticable wear on the inside of both tires....

The permissable negative camber on that car is less than a degree [-45 minutes] so it shouldn't be visible.

At that age; all sorts of things might have been changed; either deliberately or by the fitting of mismatched components.

I have a feeling that the bottom holes of the bracket struts were actually slotted for camber adjustment; maybe they've been replaced and were tightened up fully inwards.

Simply getting the camber checked and corrected is the best course.
