306 airbag warning light - nigeb
hi,

Any ideas?? My 306 w reg airbag warning light flashes all the time. Is it a DIY fix or maindealer???

Have a look in here, no particular magic involved in finding this, just click on "Search Forum" then put "306" in the subject line and "airbag" in message body and as quick as an airbag deploying there it is in front of you - PU

Look under the seats for a yellow plug, with the ignition off unplug then reconnect the plug and check for a broken wire around the plug. most of the time it's just where the seats get moved it pulls on the plug making a bad contact.

Many thanks MerlinTec - I found your response after experiencing the same problem on my '99 meridian TD and it worked - no doubt saving me a small fortune! Only the aircon to sort now - kind regards Dav1d
