central locking on vauxhall omega - redsparky
hi..i have a vauxhall omega s reg....the central locking stopped working off the remote, so i replaced the batteries in the key, still no joy, once i open the door manually the alarm goes off till i place the key in the ignition, i have tried disconnecting the battery but still no luck, any ideas ????

Have you tried resnychronising the key to the car? Procedure is to put key in ignition and turn to positsion 2 (that's when the ignition lights on the dahs come on) and then press the keyfob buttons. If correct then the central locking will activate to confirm procedure has worked.
