i have a citreon zx 1.4 reflex the car starts up and ticks over okay but as soon as i press the throttle it stalls but if i turn the key again it starts okay again please help

Jay - welcome to the Backroom.
I used to have a 1.4 AX, which is probably the same engine, but I never had your problem, so I can't help you in that respect, but I would say -
If anyone can help you, sooner or later they will
please put the car make/model in your subject
please dont post the same question twice (in technical/discussion)
I'm sure on of the moderators will be along to change the subject of your post - that way, people who know about Citroens (and there are a few) will read it, and people who only know BMW's or Daewoo's will not have to. :-)
