I've heard that Redex consists simply of methyl alcohol (meths), kerosene (paraffin) and auto transmission fluid.
But in what proportions?
Is there actually any difference between Redex Carb Cleaner, Petrol Injection Cleaner and Diesel Injection Cleaner other than the label on the container?

Most petrol cleaners are just a mixture of solvents. Usually Xylene, toluene, and acetone. Nothing special, which is why they don't really do much at those concentrations.
