Am I missing something? On our new shape Megane, the doors lock when one gets above 5mph and unlock when one is below it. To me it's the wrong way around - I would have thought it would be safer to have the doors locked whilst stationary incase of car jacking?
Maybe I am overlooking the obvious?

Seems strange, most auto-locks lock once the first time you go >5mph and then stay locked until you, manually, unlock them to get out of the vehicle.

sounds like an evolution of the stupid way american cars work, doors look when u put it into drive whether u want it or not
same stupid people who deciided you shouldnt be able to take key out of automatic in neutral and it must be in park first
objects in rear view mirror are closer than they appear, they may as well stencil "you are a stupid american" on the mirrors

Try pressing door lock button on dash (the one with a padlock on it) keep pressing it for 5 seconds until it beeps then see what happens. to reactivate repeat.

Are you sure they unlock when you slow down again? Mine don't?
