Can anyone confirm the official service intervals for a Mondeo TDCI 2004MY.
Service book with car states 12500 miles, but Ford website states 10000 miles.

Yep, according to the Ford website:-
www.ford.co.uk/ie/service_repair/service_service/s.../-
12,500 miles / 12 months for a Petrol engine.
10,000 miles / 12 months for a Diesel engine.
Without trying to be patronising, are you sure you\'re looking in the right part of the service book?

Hi, I have had my 2002 TDCi (now 71000) serviced at approx 12500 intervals as per the service book, this is also the dealers understanding. Perhaps the website is out of date, otherwise webpages are databased and may be pulling info that applies to another vehicle, i.e the Galaxy that has VAG diesel engines.

Same for my 2003 tdci, 12,500 service intervals as per the handbook.

Service books seems to cover the full Ford range and does not differentiate between diesel / petrol Mondeos, yet the website does. Dealer did not seem to be sure when I phoned but went for 12.5k intervals.
