Anyone with any (sensible) advice as to where to position right foot (apart from end of leg) when using cruise control? Some cars have a foot rest to the right of the accelerator pedal - mine doesn't. I find it tiring to hold my foot above the pedal and resting against the pedal often overides cruise control. Resting my foot flat on the floor, whilst comfortable, feels downright dangerous. Similarly, resting against brake pedal, whilst safest option in event of having to brake, also risks deactivating cruise control.
