I'll soon be replacing the two front tyres (fitted on BK Racing 604 alloys). The balance weights are stuck in between the spokes of the wheels. Can anyone recommend a way of removing these weights and the remaining glue/sticky stuff without harming the coating on the wheel.

Yes carefully use a sharp knife and cut the foam under the weight leaving the foam on the alloy. Peel as much foam off using a wooden lolly pop stick then use white spirit to remove the glue. Do not try and just lift the weight off as you could pull the powercoat/lacquer off the alloy. Regards Peter

It also helps to heat it up with a hair dryer to make the adhesive softer.
