Chrysler PT Cruiser - My 7th MOPAR - Pebble

Just bought a 2009 PT to replace my totalled car. Wondering what all your experiences with them are.

Not owned a Chrysler since the 70's.

But a work colleague and a work colleague of the wife has/had a PT Cruiser.

Not terribly economical, even applies to the diesel but appear reliable enough. Tend to rust but would not expect to see any on an 09. Wife liked to looks but compared to our C-Max she thought it to be poorly designed internally.

I'm in the desert so no rust. This particular car is a base model, nothing fancy at all on it. 144 CID engine, auto trans. This is my sixteenth car, and I don't think I've ever had something so tiny, like a little kid's toy pedal car.
