Honda Civic 1.8 ES - New clutch and flywheel will be £11,000! - tapyeno

I have had a problem with reversing for some time. The car occasionally 'judders' when I go into reverse and a few times I have nearly hit something behind me.
Reported it several times to Honda dealer, who at first found no fault, then said the I-shift update needed.
This has been done, but was told if it happens again I will need a clutch and flywheel, costing over £11 000. Surely this can't be right?

I should imagine a labour time of around 4 hours for one of these so depending on the hourly rate it'll be around £320~£420ish ?

OP must have slipped and added an extra 0 methinks !!
