Hi all. Had to put a new head on after the bubbling header tank probs.so while doing it I thought a new turbo as its done 110 thou.

But now it doesnt pull or rev properly unless I push the turbo arm to the left. Which gives me boost pressure but as soon as the engine stsrts it pulls the arm to the right on the vaccume controller.
