DPF light flashing - you had your car serviced by non Mazda dealer right! The flashing DPF is the service interval reminder. it does not indicate a problem with the DPF . Many owners are being ripped off by garages replacing parts that don't need replacing. check out www.youtube.com/watch?v=NV3_TYoWzAs this will show you how to reset the flashing DPF for free.

DPF solid is a DPF problem, giving the car a good run down teh motorway should clear it. If not then it's going to cost :(

Well I would never have thought of that, the many people that have suffered catastrophic engine failure and major problems with this make really should have reset the service light and all would have been well .
