Renault Laguna - heater fan & serv light - yerwan

Hi all.

I have a 04laguna.heater fan wont work when serv light is on in the instrument cluster.when I start the car and serv light goes of the fan will work.have to look at it tomorrow and was wondering has anyone came across such a problem. Thanks
