Ford focus zetec estate 1.8 2007 - central locking problem - Johnboycarter

I have a ford focus climate 2007 estate and for some reason my central locking has stopped working. I have been to ford and they say my fob is sending a good signal. The central locking won't work from inside nor outside via fob or lock please please help. I

Take a look in the passenger footwell and locate the relay/fuse junction box.Check to see if any of the multi pin electrical plugs have become dislodged.hth
