I'm new to this but i hope someone can help.

My 307 has duel zone climate contol and has developed a heater fault. the heating system is blowing cold on the drivers side.

I have found out previously about a fault with the servo cogs stripping, these have been replaced so are ok. With this new fault it blows cold, once the engine has warmed up if i put the fan onto maximum speed there is a large clunk behind the dash what sounds like a flap closing and then the drivers side blows warm. If i dont put the fan onto full power to close the flap it will continue to blow cold.

I hope someone can help identify the fauld and a fix.
