A motorcyclist hit me and claimed personal injury - do I have to claim fault even though he admitted liability?

In April 2016, I was hit by a motorcyclist. He maintained his liability throughout and I had my car repaired via an Accident Management company. I was notified that the damage claim was settled in January 2017, and the case was closed (so I thought).
14 months later I am pursued by the third party for a Personal Injury claim, so in July of this year I ended up in the small claims court - whereby I lost irrespective of him admitting liability in the damage claim. He was awarded around £2500, which my insurer has begrudgingly picked up the bill for. Upon insurance renewal time, I'm declaring a non fault accident in 2016. But for the personal injury claim, do I declare an at fault accident in July 2017?

Wow, I have never heard of that one before. Did your insurer know that his insurer had admitted liability, as they should have brought them to proceedings? All you can do now is declare the incident as being at fault rather than no fault.
