Should I buy my company Ford Focus 1.6 and does it have a DPF?

I retire in October and I'm considering buying my company car, a 57-reg Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI 90ps which has done 45,000 miles (I'm currently getting 64.8 mpg). Does it have a diesel particulate filter? The car is in very good condition. What would be a reasonable figure to expect to pay?

Check, but this 90 probably doesn't because the 1.6 90 did not need a DPF to reach EU4, making the 90 a better used buy than a 110 because they do go through DPFs. If it's a 2008 57 current look Style, then about £6000. If it's the previous look Studio, then £4500.
