Toyota is replacing my Avensis' doors due to rust. Should they replace the whole car?

I have a 58-reg Toyota Avensis and I found rust in a couple of areas. Toyota have agreed to replace all four doors. The areas round the doors will be sprayed to blend the colour in. What is the likelihood of persuading Toyota to replace the whole car based on the large area being repainted? Failing that, should I be entitled to compensation due to the car now being extensively repaired? I can only assume that the car will now be more difficult to sell and be worth less than if the bodywork was original.

No. Unless you can prove that the car has been devalued, you are only entitled to the repair.
