Which vehicle is best to pull a horsebox?

What's the best vehicle to pull an IFOR 505 horsebox with? I'd also like it to be economical with low road tax.

The unladen weight of an IFOR 505 is 905kg: www.towinghorsetrailers.co.uk/trailer/1063/ So just about anything can tow it empty. However 16.2 horses can easily weigh 600kg each and that would put the towed weight over 2000kg, at which point you can forget about economy and low road tax. Probably the best vehicle to tow them is the Kia Sorento 2.2 R-Type manual diesel.
