Are the Toyota Avensis or Honda Accord likely to suffer dual mass flywheel failure?

My 2004 Mazda 6 diesel estate's clutch has failed for the third time at 60,000 miles. After some coercion, Mazda paid for replacements one and two (at 9000 and 22,000 miles respectively) but will not contribute to the latest failure. I do not recall premature failure of a clutch on any of my previous cars. Many cars now seem to have dual mass flywheels. Have I just been very unlucky? Might either a Toyota Avensis 2.2 or Honda Accord 2.2 be more reliable?

There is a big issue with dual mass flywheels, but I don't hear of a lot of failures on the Avensis or on Hondas.
