What are the pitfalls of buying an imported Porsche?

I have seen a used right hand drive SUV for sale at a private dealer. It is a 2012 Porsche Cayenne petrol and it has been imported from Germany. It appears to be considerably cheaper compared to any equivalent non-import. Are there any potential pitfalls in buying such a vehicle?

The 'pitfall' is in even considering buying an expensive cars at a suspiciously low price from someone operating out of a residential address that he may not even own. This is how greedy buyers get ripped off. Run a mile.
