Thanks for recommending Fixmystreet for pothole repairs.

Just wanted to say thank you for highlighting the 'fixmystreet' web site in your Daily Telegraph column. We've now made two reports of very poor road surface conditions in separate parts of Lincolnshire. We received a reply from one Council within 24 hours, which set out what they intended to do about the specific problem, then had an automated reply from the other council two days later. We were really pleased about this - especially the first response. I would definitely recommend the use of the website to other road users.

Yes, it's a brilliant idea and a well executed site, that even comes back to you for follow up information to check that the repair has been made.
