Looking for a good MPV for the taxi trade

I am a looking to buy an MPV that would be used as a taxi. I would prefer an automatic. I would be using the extra seats quite often so ideally the extra seats would be suitable for adults. I would also like decent boot space when the extra seats are up. Need fairly good mpg too. My budget is around £15000

Seven seats but not a lot of room, your best bets are a Toyota Verso 1.8i Valvemantic Multidrive S or a Toyota Prius Plus (good enough for Addison Lee). You'll get a bit more room in a Galaxy 2.0 TDCI Powershift (Addison Lee's main fleet), certainly enough for 7 adults and a few cases, or 6 adults and all their cases. Or a slightly bigger still Sharan or Alhambra 2.0 TDI DSG. More ultilitarian a Volkswagen Caddy Maxi Life 2.0 TDI DSG. Hyundai i800, Chrysler Voyager are bigger but less economical. The next step is a Volkswagen Caravelle, Transit Tourneo, Renault Trafic bus, Citroen Dispatch bus.
