Consumer rights - was I mis-sold my Skoda?

Having checked on Skoda website, I find that my car is one of the vehicles effected by the emissions cheat. I feel strongly about mis-selling and potential lose of value. My question is can I demand a full refund of any monies paid returning the vehicle to my dealer?

No. There was no mis-selling. It has not even been confirmed whether the car meets the EC NOx limits anyway.
