Ford Ka coolant leak

Coolant is leaking under my bonnet from underneath/next to the two heater matrix pipes that go through the bulkhead and dribbling down. What do you think the problem is and how much would it cost? Could the problem be accessed from the engine bay by the mechanic rather than having to strip the dash?

Either the heater matrix has failed or the electric valve to the heater matrix has failed. This valve failure is very common on Kas and Fiestas.
