Why does my Mazda 3 keep going into limp home mode?

My Mazda 3 has gone into limp home mode twice and diagnostics indicate it is a damaged injector. The injector has been changed by Mazda but the car went into limp home mode again today.

The issue happens when it is raining. I have had a minor bump recently and had the box which the electrics is in, changed as there was a slight crack in the box. The box is a supposed sealed unit?

I am convinced water must be getting in the electrics somewhere. The car was registered in 2012 and I have my warranty unit Nov 2015. I am concerned this issue might not resolve and wondered what my legal rights were?

If the car was damaged and the fault is caused by that damage then you have no legal rights against the supplying dealer, but could make it the subject of an insurance claim.
