Can I change the wheels on my car without invalidating the warranty?

I have a 2012 Lexus GS300h with 18-inch wheels. If I have 17-inch wheels fitted,would the ride be significantly better and worth the cost? Will it impact the warranty?

These are the wheel and tyres sizes available for this car: SE - 225/50R17; Luxury - 235/45R18;
F Sport - 235/40R19 (front) 265/35R19 (rear); Premier 235/45R18. Switching to 17-inch will being a small improvement and should not void the warranty because it is a standard alternative spec for the car.
