Do Fiat still sell the Panda with an auto 'box?

My dad currently has a Fiat Panda, as per your recommendation. He wants to buy a new car, but Fiat don't appear to do an automatic Panda anymore. What similar sized automatic do you recommend?

Fiat did do a Panda fitted with its Dualogic automated manual transmission, which is one of the better automated manuals, particularly with a small diesel engine, but is still no more than a robotised manual and probably not long-term reliable.

If he can find a late Suzuki Splash or Vauxhall Agila 1.2 automatic, that would be a good idea, though these are now out of production. New, a Hyundai i10 1.2 auto, a KIA Picanto 1.2 auto.
