Best new car for £15k?

I have a £15k budget and want a brand new car. I have no particular requirements, other than a minimum of four seats for occasional passengers. I do around 10,000 miles a year. Which cars within my budget offer the best all round package for the money?

You're looking at a discounted new car. If you can get an £18,245 Peugeot 308 1.2THP Puretech 130 Active for £15k, buy it. But you can also think fun. You'll get a new MINI One for well under £15k and you might even get a new MINI Cooper for that, though you won't get as much of a discount as you will on a Peugeot. There's also a chance you might get a base model Ford Fiesta ST for £15k. That's a hoot to drive.
