New Nissan Juke covered in scratches, but dealer denies any blame

I bought a Nissan Juke recently, but it appears to be covered with small scratches. It has been treated with Supaguard by the dealer, but they deny any fault. What can I do?

Might be nothing to do with Nissan and everything to do with whoever applied the Supaguard. The dealer who sold you the car and who Supaguarded it is responsible.
