Best small automatic for disabled adaptation?

My mum needs to buy a small automatic for disabled adaptation. She needs something with rain sensing wipers and automatic headlights. She currently drives a Honda Jazz but looking to replace it with something cheaper. The car will need to have the brakes and accelerator controls on the steering wheel. What do you recommend?
