Is there a bigger Ford pickup than the Ranger?

Can you tell me if there are two Ford pickup trucks on the market? I was travelling on the A25 when an enormous Ford pickup truck passed me, I thought it was a Ranger, but it had ‘Lariat’ marked on the tail. I thought the Ranger was big but this thing was vast.

The big one would be an American Ford F150. A few have been privately imported over the years, mostly for towing big caravans.
