How can I speed up the replacement of missing windscreen clips after a repair to my Citroen C3?

Last year I bought a Citroen C3 Picasso locally. After multiple instances of cutting out on motorways in Europe (with ‘Anti Pollution Fault’) and having no assistance from Citroen I wrote to the Co-op Motor Group, where I bought the car from, who agreed to investigate. They confirmed a new fuse panel was required which was fitted at their nearest Citroen dealer in Keighley. While hopefully the cutting out problem has been fixed, the problem I now have is that the Citroen dealer denies liability for some missing clips to windscreen seals, and although the Co-op Motor Group is promising full repair/restoration, I have now been waiting almost two months while they say they are sourcing the parts. Is there an alternative to speed a repair/resolve this issue?

I think this is too minor an issue to pursue via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk. You could try www.motorcodes.co.uk as readers are starting to find them helpful in such cases.
