Is this 2004 Jaguar XJ with 50,000 miles a good deal?

I've found a Jaguar XJ V8 SE 4.2 SE SWB 4-door saloon in green. It's a 2004 model with 50,000 miles on the clock from a franchised Jaguar dealer. Is this a good deal?
