Volvo V50 - "Anti skid service" fault code

I've had the "anti skid service required" message appear on my 2004 Volvo V50 and its delivering a fault code of "BCM 0130 pressure sensor signal missing". I've heard that this may mean a new/reconditioned ABS module to fix but have also found a couple of forums stating Volvo had paid for some or all of this fault to be repaired in some cases. Could you advise if you have heard of this happening recently, before I go to Volvo directly?

Standard problem curable by sending the ABS/ESP module away to www.ecutesting.co.uk to replace the brake pressure sensor. If you can find a good local mechanic or garage to remove the module, send it away, then refit it, then can cost you as little as £500. If the car is less than 6 years old then worth checking if the Volvo dealer will do the job for less after a contribution from Volvo.
