Does this save fuel with my Jeep Wrangler?

I have a Jeep Wrangler with tipronic. If I take my foot off the accelerator while in 4/5 th gear tiptronic and "coast" does the car "save fuel" as with a manual transmission? (ie zero fuel to the engine as the engine is then being driven by wheel rpm )
