What's the best SUV for £30k?

I need to replace my 2008 Volkswagen Polo BlueMotion with something bigger to carry my grandchildren and the occasional set of golf clubs. I am considering the Volkswagen Tiguan, Mazda CX-5, Suzuki SX4 S-Cross and Volvo XC60.

My requirements are good mpg, Low VED, leather interior, parking sensors and good boot space. My budget is up to £30,000, including the value of the Polo. What do you suggest?

I'd wait for the otherwise excellent XC60 to acquire the new Volvo 181PS 2.0 Td4 4 cylinder engine.
