New Fiesta has faulty paintwork - what are my rights?

I bought a new Ford Fiesta from my local ford dealer in August .On collection, I noticed a few fallout spots near the rear number plate and the salesman said he would have it dealt with. Since then nothing has happened and I’ve noticed more spots on the roof and bonnet. What should I do?

If they have penetrated the paint or the clearcoat on top of the paint then yes, you need to invoke the paint warranty.
