Which fuel should I use in my Audi S5?

I've just bought an Audi S5 Sportback; the preferred petrol is 95 RON as marked on the filler cover. Can I use Shell Vpower or is this too rich?

Yes. Use it. You'll get about 30 more horsepower, better economy and it will keep the fuel system clean. 95 Ron is the minimum.
