Buying a used Ford Mondeo - what's the best price for a 2010 TDCI?

I am in the market for a used Ford Mondeo, but want to get the best value for money. I have just looked at a 2010 Titanium X with a 2.0 TDCi diesel engine. The Ford dealer wants £13,450 – is this a good price?
